This Privacy Policy describes how Fischer SEM, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Ad Intel Lab ("Ad Intel Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Ad Intel Lab platform at adintellab.com and related services (the "Service").

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is designed for business use by advertising agencies, freelancers, and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in through a third-party provider, we receive identifying information from that provider as authorized by you.

Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment card or bank information. Ad Intel Lab does not store your full payment card number. We receive billing metadata from Stripe, including the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing email, and subscription status.

Uploaded Content: When you use the Service, you upload data including CSV exports from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), business performance inputs (target CPL, average sale price, conversion rates, etc.), branding assets, and client information ("Uploaded Content").

Communications: When you contact us at support@adintellab.com or through in-app support, we collect the content of your communication and any information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, tool runs initiated, audit timestamps, and session metadata.

Device and Log Data: We collect IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and access timestamps.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

When you initiate an audit, we query third-party services (such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Places, and SerpApi) on your behalf using URLs and other inputs you provide. The data returned from those services is processed and stored as part of your audit results.
