This Privacy Policy describes how Fischer SEM, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Ad Intel Lab ("Ad Intel Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Ad Intel Lab platform at adintellab.com and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is designed for business use by advertising agencies, freelancers, and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in through a third-party provider, we receive identifying information from that provider as authorized by you.
Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment card or bank information. Ad Intel Lab does not store your full payment card number. We receive billing metadata from Stripe, including the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing email, and subscription status.
Uploaded Content: When you use the Service, you upload data including CSV exports from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), business performance inputs (target CPL, average sale price, conversion rates, etc.), branding assets, and client information ("Uploaded Content").
Communications: When you contact us at support@adintellab.com or through in-app support, we collect the content of your communication and any information you choose to provide.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, tool runs initiated, audit timestamps, and session metadata.
Device and Log Data: We collect IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and access timestamps.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
When you initiate an audit, we query third-party services (such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Places, and SerpApi) on your behalf using URLs and other inputs you provide. The data returned from those services is processed and stored as part of your audit results.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe
- Generate audits, reports, analyses, and AI Output based on Uploaded Content
- Communicate with you about your account, the Service, support requests, and updates
- Send transactional emails (account-related, billing-related, and product-related)
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve the Service, including developing and refining benchmark datasets and analytical models
4. Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may aggregate, anonymize, and de-identify data derived from Uploaded Content and usage data. Aggregated and anonymized data does not identify you, your business, or any individual, and we may use it for any lawful purpose, including:
- Developing and improving the Service
- Building benchmark datasets that power vertical-specific scoring and recommendations
- Generating industry insights, research, and marketing materials
- Training and improving the analytical models that power the Service
Aggregated and anonymized data is retained indefinitely.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
5.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Vercel — application hosting
- AI providers (including Anthropic) — generation of AI Output
- Google (PageSpeed Insights, Places) and SerpApi — audit data inputs
- Email providers — transactional email delivery
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality and security.
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5.3 Business Transfers
If Fischer SEM, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5.4 With Your Consent
We may share information with third parties when you direct us to or otherwise consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Specific retention rules:
- Active accounts: Information is retained for the life of your account.
- Cancelled or terminated accounts: Uploaded Content and account data are retained for ninety (90) days after cancellation, then permanently deleted from active systems. You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@adintellab.com.
- Billing records: We retain billing records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically seven years).
- Aggregated and anonymized data: Retained indefinitely.
- Legal holds: Information subject to a legal hold or active dispute may be retained longer as required.
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Access, Correction, Deletion
You may access and update most account information directly through the Service. To request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account, contact support@adintellab.com.
7.2 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of non-transactional marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any such email or contacting us. You cannot opt out of transactional communications (billing, account, security, and service notices) while your account is active.
7.3 Cookies
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impair Service functionality, including authentication.
7.4 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, (b) request deletion of personal information, (c) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 7.5 European Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal information. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and your consent where applicable. 8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
10. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
