This Privacy Policy describes how Fischer SEM, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Ad Intel Lab ("Ad Intel Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Ad Intel Lab platform at adintellab.com and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is designed for business use by advertising agencies, freelancers, and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment card or bank information. Ad Intel Lab does not store your full payment card number. We receive billing metadata from Stripe, including the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing email, and subscription status.

Uploaded Content: When you use the Service, you provide data including branding assets such as a logo, and client information such as account names, contact names, contact email addresses, contact phone numbers, and monthly billing amounts ("Uploaded Content").

Communications: When you contact us at support@adintellab.com or through in-app support, we collect the content of your communication and any information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Sign-in and Security Data: We store the IP address from your most recent sign-in, and we use IP addresses to limit abusive traffic and protect the Service.

Activity Records: We keep records of certain actions taken within the Service, such as changes made by collaborators on your account and administrative actions, so that account owners can review who changed what.

Server Logs: Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information about requests to the Service, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies for authentication and session management, including keeping you signed in and remembering which workspace you are viewing. We also use your browser's local storage to remember display preferences, such as your light or dark theme. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on the Service. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

2.3 Information from Connected Integrations

Where you choose to connect a third-party account, we access data from that account on your behalf using credentials you authorize. We store access and refresh tokens for those connections in encrypted form.

• QuickBooks Online: We read your QuickBooks customer names and your service-type items in order to match accounts and populate invoice lines, and we create invoices in your QuickBooks company at your direction. We store the identifier of the QuickBooks company you connect, the identifiers and names of items you select, the line descriptions and amounts you configure, and a record of each invoice we create, including its identifier and document number. We do not store your QuickBooks customer list, your chart of accounts, or your financial statements.
• Google Ads: We read campaign, ad group and performance data from the accounts you connect, in order to produce reports and attribution analysis. That data is processed and stored as part of your reports.
• Meta: We read ad account and performance data from the accounts you connect, for the same reporting purposes.
• Gmail and Google Workspace: If you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox, we read your email messages using read-only access. We store a message when it appears to relate to one of your client accounts, meaning a client's email address appears in the sender or recipient fields, or a client account name appears in the subject or body. For each stored message we keep the sender, recipients, subject, date, message body text, and file attachments. Messages that appear to relate to more than one client account, or that cannot be assigned to a single one, are held in a review queue for you to sort. Gmail messages that do not appear to relate to any client account are not stored. We do not send, modify, or delete anything in your mailbox. Synced email is stored in your Ad Intel Lab account and associated with the client account it is matched to.
• HubSpot: Where you connect HubSpot, we read contact tracking identifiers and deal information, such as deal stage, amount, currency, pipeline, and created and close dates, in order to match leads and closed revenue to your advertising data. We store the HubSpot contact identifier, the attribution information described in Section 2.4, and the status, revenue amount, and currency of matched deals. We do not store your contacts' names, email addresses, or phone numbers from HubSpot. Our requests may return other contact details, such as an email address, which we do not save. At your direction, we also create one custom contact property named "tid" (Tracking ID) in your HubSpot account. We store encrypted connection credentials and your HubSpot portal identifier.
• GoHighLevel: Where you connect GoHighLevel, we read contact tracking identifiers and opportunity information, such as opportunity name, pipeline and stage, status, value, and dates, in order to match leads and closed revenue to your advertising data. We store the GoHighLevel contact identifier, the attribution information described in Section 2.4, and, for each opportunity, its identifier, name, pipeline, stage, status, value, and date added. Opportunity names are entered in your GoHighLevel account and may contain a person's or business's name. We do not save your contacts' email addresses or phone numbers from GoHighLevel. At your direction, we also create one custom contact field named "tid" in your GoHighLevel account. We store encrypted connection credentials, your location identifier, and location name.

2.4 Website Visitor Data Collected Through the Tracking Script

If you install the Ad Intel Lab tracking script on your own websites, the script runs in your visitors' browsers and sends information to us on your behalf. It sends the page address the visitor landed on, the referring page, and the advertising parameters in the page address (such as UTM values and Google or Microsoft ad click identifiers), along with a random identifier that the script stores in the visitor's browser local storage so that a later form submission can be matched to the ad that brought the visitor. The script does not set cookies and does not collect the visitor's user agent, and we do not store the visitor's IP address with this data. If you send lead records to us, or connect a CRM as described above, we store their attribution fields together with the lead's status, revenue amount, and, where available, currency. We process this information as your service provider, only to produce attribution reports for you. You are responsible for giving your website visitors any notice, and obtaining any consent, that applicable law requires, including describing your use of this kind of tracking in your own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe
• Generate reports and analyses from connected account data and Uploaded Content
• Communicate with you about your account, the Service, support requests, and updates
• Send transactional emails (account-related, billing-related, and product-related)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve the Service

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

• Stripe - payment processing
• Supabase - database and file storage
• Vercel - application hosting
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Upstash - security rate limiting
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) - bot protection on account signup
• Intuit (QuickBooks Online) - invoice creation, where you connect a QuickBooks company
• Google Ads - advertising performance data, where you connect a Google Ads account
• Meta - advertising performance data, where you connect a Meta account
• Google (Gmail API) - email content, where you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox
• HubSpot and GoHighLevel - lead and deal data, where you connect either

These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality and security.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Fischer SEM, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share information with third parties when you direct us to or otherwise consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Specific retention rules:

• Active accounts: Information is retained for the life of your account.
• Inactive accounts: If your subscription is cancelled or a payment fails and your account becomes inactive, we retain your account data for twelve (12) months so you can reactivate and recover it. We email you a warning at eleven (11) months. If the account has not been reactivated after twelve (12) months, the account and its data are permanently deleted. You may delete your account at any time, or request earlier deletion by emailing support@adintellab.com.
• Billing records: We retain billing records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically seven years).
• Legal holds: Information subject to a legal hold or active dispute may be retained longer as required.
• Integration credentials: Access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form for as long as the connection is active and are deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
• Synced email: Email retrieved from a connected mailbox is retained until you delete it using the delete controls in Client Comms, or until your account is deleted. Disconnecting a mailbox stops further syncing but does not delete email already retrieved.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access, Correction, Deletion

You may access and update most account information directly through the Service. To request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account, contact support@adintellab.com.

6.2 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of non-transactional marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any such email or contacting us. You cannot opt out of transactional communications (billing, account, security, and service notices) while your account is active.

6.3 Cookies

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impair Service functionality, including authentication.

6.4 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, (b) request deletion of personal information, (c) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 6.5 European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal information. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and your consent where applicable. 6.6 Disconnecting an Integration

You may disconnect any connected third-party account at any time from within the Service. Disconnecting revokes our access to that account with the provider and removes the stored credentials for that connection from our systems. For connected mailboxes, disconnecting stops further email from being retrieved but does not delete email already stored, and you may delete all synced email for a mailbox at any time from the Client Comms section. For HubSpot and GoHighLevel, disconnecting stops further syncing but does not delete lead and opportunity records already stored. Data already retrieved and stored as part of your reports, invoicing records, or attribution records is retained under the rules in Section 5 until your account is deleted. Deleting your account permanently deletes all stored connection credentials, synced email, and connected-account data, and, where the provider supports it, ends our access with that provider. You can also remove Ad Intel Lab's access at any time from within the provider's own account settings.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

12. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure

Ad Intel Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we affirm that:

• We use Gmail data only to provide and improve the email recording features you have chosen to use within Ad Intel Lab.
• We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
• We do not allow humans to read Gmail data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use Gmail data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
